Yoga with Valerie Schneiderman. A part of the shala's two year long relationship (SEVA Project) with Dorothy Day House in Danbury CT. Accepting food donations at yoga classes including the free community class on Saturday, Nov 21st at 3:30pm. Each month the shala cooks and serves a Thursday meal (the soup kitchen serves the population EVERY day). Always looking for help and donations of food, in particular.....olive oil and dried spices.
